Can I Return My Order?

Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your order must meet all of the following conditions:

• The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.

• The product shows signs of use only under normal conditions. Damage caused by careless or improper use will not be accepted.

• Products for which hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

• Any product defect must have been identified immediately upon receipt.

• We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

• Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Send an email to: info@ciarakenmare.com with the subject line “Return Request”.

2. Please ensure that your email includes:

• Order number

• Reason for the return

• Photo of the product (in case of damage)

• Customer’s full name

• Address

3. We will contact you and provide the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender. Please wait for the return address that we will provide.

4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia.

NEVER send your return back to the sender. Always wait for the return address provided by us.

CANCELLATION TERMS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided that the consumer is a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the last item of the order.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipping process before dispatch. Refunds are not available after the goods have been received unless the items are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (via email). The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them. You may inform us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, please send us proof of shipment as soon as the item has been returned.

• All payments received

• Excluding any additional delivery costs

• Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after approval

• Using the same payment method that was originally used

What We Do NOT Refund

• Return shipping costs

• Additional delivery charges (if a more expensive shipping method was selected)

• Damage caused by improper use

Refunds will be issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
